With a passion for mixing technology and food, Jon is the maintenance manager at LettUs Grow, an impact-led indoor farming company specialising in Aeroponic technology. He believes quality nutritious food is a right and should be available to everyone, so bringing it closer to source, reducing waste and the carbon footprint is of utmost importance to protect the environment.

When not at work or organising Bristol Hops Collective, Jon can be found down his allotment, tending his 5 bee colonies or socialising with friends sampling good quality beer.

A keen allotmenteer with a strong sense of the power of community, Guy was heavily involved in setting up Bristol's first dementia-friendly allotment in North Bristol, which he now manages and delivers regular sessions at.

Apart from spending his time at allotments and organising Bristol Hops Collective, Guy also can often be found at a wide variety of genre-crossing gigs and helping to organise Bristol Seed Swap.

With six years in the brewing industry, Tom is a freelance graphic designer with a portfolio of clients including New Bristol Brewery, Fierce & Noble, McCrackens, Jimbrew, Pulpt, Character Coffee and more. A keen appreciation of beer and the brewing process is uniquely placed to help breweries with everything from labelling and packaging to branding and social media.

Lorna loves to spend time in nature and can often be found wandering the coastal path or in the ocean, she loves to surf, paddleboard and Kitesurf.
