Terms Of Membership:
To join Bristol Hop Collective perspective members must be over the age of 18 and adhear to our
Code of conduct.
Terms Of Sale:
Hop Rhizomes & Kits: Hop plants are perishable products and as such, are non-refundable and non returnable unless they have been severally damaged in delivery to you.
Orders & Payments:
Orders and paymants must be made by the specified date listed on the join us page otherwise, you will not be guaranteed a plant or kit.
Collection of your order:
The collection date will be sent in an email usually around the first week in March, as soon as we know we will let you know!
Cancellations and refunds:
You may cancel your pre-order and recieve a full refund if payment has been recieved, no later than 14 working days before the date listed on the join us page.
To do so, please contact us at bristolhopscollective@gmail.com quoting your name and order number.
Please Note: If cancellation is requested within 14 working days of, or after the date listed on the join us page. It is unlilky you
will recieve a refund.
Notice to pet owners:
Hops can be toxic to dogs and cats and can cause a reaction called ‘Malignant hyperthermia’
which their body temperature rises rapidly. It's crucial for growers to take all necessary precautions to prevent accidental pet
exposure or poisoning. You should speak to your vet urgently if your pet ingests hops.

Growing:
Hop plants are perishable, and differences in environmental factors can play a big role in whether your plant is sucessful or not, Bristol Hops Collective can
not be held responsible for plants that don't grow due to these factors. But do get in touch and we will see what we can do to help.
